Warm welcome Marco Förderer!

Transferred“ from the elective station at ACT directly to the team of lawyers. We are pleased about the reinforcement in the field of restructuring/insolvency.

1) Marco, why did you decide to start your career at ACT?

I did quite a bit of research before my elective period in the legal clerkship in order to spend it in a place where I can definitely imagine starting my professional life later on. I was looking for a job that I like to get up every morning for. In the end I chose ACT, not least because of the high employee satisfaction and the great review in the azur-online. I have never regretted my decision to apply at ACT. I already had a very good gut feeling during the interview for the elective station, which was confirmed in the later elective station. During my time as a trainee lawyer, it was clear to me that I would like to stay here for the long term: Not only because of the exciting legal work, but rather because of the nice and great colleagues and a working atmosphere that is second to none.

2) What do you enjoy most about your work?

Every day, especially at the beginning, I am faced with new challenges. It never gets boring. So there are highly complex legal problems waiting to be solved. Often nobody has really dealt with them in case law or literature and you have to develop your own solutions with the tools you have acquired over the years in your training. At the same time, however, one can always exchange ideas with colleagues and brainstorm together about a problem. If I had to summarize it briefly, I would say that the answer to the question is: I enjoy the demanding work in a team the most.

3) What is the first thing you do when you enter the office in the morning?

The first thing I do is unpack my bag, connect my laptop to the docking station and then take a little tour to greet my colleagues.
